I designed and developed Akira, a full-scale Human Resources Management System created to handle the complete lifecycle of HR operations. The platform is built on a modular, service-oriented architecture that ensures flexibility, scalability, and ease of integration with third-party systems such as payroll, ERP, and access control solutions.
Akira covers a wide functional scope, including recruitment and onboarding, time and attendance tracking, employee records, performance evaluation, training management, compliance reporting, and analytics. Its layered architecture separates business logic from presentation and data layers, allowing for seamless updates, role-based access control, and secure handling of sensitive employee data.
Since 2017, Akira has been in continuous production use, supporting organizations in their daily operations and providing a reliable foundation for strategic HR decision-making. Its architecture and design allow it to grow alongside client needs, from small teams to enterprise-level deployments.
