
I worked as Lead Oracle Engineer in the design and development of HRplus, a robust SaaS platform for social security and human capital management, tailored to the needs of large public and semi-public institutions. The system streamlines core HR and payroll processes, including employee lifecycle management, absence tracking, performance evaluations, and contribution reporting, with full compliance to regulatory and audit requirements.
Built on Oracle Database 19c, Oracle APEX, and ORDS, the solution features a modular architecture with PL/SQL-driven business logic, role-based access control (RBAC), and secure RESTful APIs for integration with external identity providers and legacy systems. The platform supports multi-tenancy, enabling centralized deployment across multiple administrative entities while ensuring data isolation and scalability.
The application has been successfully implemented in several high-availability production environments, serving tens of thousands of users and processing mission-critical social security data with high integrity and performance.
